are all made individually from local Peak District produce
and each with tender loving care and attention.
The Full Ladle aims to relaunch classic
British cuisine for the modern day public, applying traditional
methods at every step of the cooking process. The proof is
indeed in the pudding!
From breadcrumbs derived from hand kneaded bread, fresh beef
suet from the same farm as the steak used in the pies to the
fresh butter and cream in our pastrys, every ingredient is
from a nearby source.
There can be no compromise in great cuisine!
